Production Notes
Passionately produced in Amatitán, Jalisco, MX, the rested tequilas are meticulously aged to taste in the world’s finest French Oak Cabernet wine barrels, rather than the more commonly used American whiskey barrels. This distinct difference in our aging process produces a uniquely smooth and delicate finish.
Codigo 1530's partnership with the ReserveBar Topflight Series allowed us to add a unique and distinct twist on our Napa cabernet wine barrel aging process by adding an additional resting period in a Spanish Sherry cask to finish the Anejo's rest.
